  1. Started at $100 and got a reply back for a PRICELINE EXPRESS deal for $130. Second day went to $110 and rejected. Third day went to $125 and it was accepted. This hotel is $177 on Expe.dia. Thanks Better Bidding.
  2. Started $55 in midtown. Added downtown and went up to $60. $77.61 after tax.
  3. I was first bidding 2/1-2/4 but was not having much luck because one of the days was a weekend. I decided to book one day at the MGM from their website and then tried to price line the other 2 days. I started the bid at $90 and it allowed me to re-bid at $109 and it accepted it. Expedia price for this hotel for the same days were $181.
  4. Won it on the first bid. $75 plus taxes ended up at $94.08 Thanks for the forum. Forgot to add the date. It is for tomorrow. 1/1/12-1/2/12
  5. I was looking for a 3* in Orlando and started bidding at $40. I was adding Sand Lake so I could get a second bid, but then added East Orlando and could get a third bid. Won it on the third day. Even got a 1/2* higher than I was trying for.
  6. I forgot to write a review of the place. Here it goes. The place is wonderful. A meduim walk to Navy Pier, a few blocks from Michigan St. The rooms were new and very nice with wonderful views. They were re-doing the hotle guide when I was there, so I can not comment on what ammenities they had outside the room. The one downside is that parking is expensive. $36 if you park at the hotel. I checked in and then parked at the Grant Park garage for the night which I think was $22 max and then moved to the garage right down hill from the hotel at the early bird rate of $14, making the total $36 for two days instead of one.
  7. I tried again after 24 hours and got the Sheraton for $62. I think that is as low as they go for that day. Thanks for all the help.
  8. Actually it is the same date. 5/30/06 2 rooms for 1 night. I was looking for something for 3 of us, and since you can not bid for a suite, I figure 2 rooms would be better. Thanks for the tips. Todd
  9. I just tried the same thing for 2 nights. First tried Millinum Park zone at $55 and got rejected. Then tried $58 and adding the NMA zone and got rejected. Tried a third time at $60 and adding a 3.5* and got rejected. So I think you did great at $62. How do you get free rebids?
