  1. Slight change of plan. I'm looking for the least expensive 3* or better from Aug. 26-31. Would like to avoid the Civic Center South - Hayes Valley area (Tenderloin) on HOTWIRE. No preference between USE, Marina, USW, Embarcadero or Fisherman. Budget is $150/night but if necessary, could go up to $180. I would still accept to change location mid-stay. On PRICELINE, the "best" express deal is a 1* in Marina/Lombard for $117 :( Thanks for the assistance.
  2. Used HOTWIRE link to book and got the Holiday Inn Express At Monterey Bay, CA with the following amenities: Free Parking Free Breakfast Fitness Center Pool(s) Business Center High-Speed Internet Access Accessible for the blind Accessible for the deaf Accessible path of travel In-room accessibility Accessible bathroom Handicapped parking Roll-in shower
  3. I'm simultaneously trying PRICELINE and HOTWIRE to get the best deal. Any thoughts on which hotel this might be? 2* SFO -Civic Center South - Hayes Valley Dates 8/27 to 8/30 - $109/night (US$529.22w/tax) Recommended In 90% of Hotwire customer reviews. Amenities: Free Parking Free Internet High-Speed Internet Access One room left Thanks!
  4. Thank you thereuare! My first choice would be to stay in one place. But as I want to stay as close as possible to my budget, I think I'll have to change location in the middle of the stay. I would be fine with a 3*. As I've never been to San Francisco, I wonder if I should choose the HOTWIRE offer at $ 150 / night or wait closer to my dates for a better price on PRICELINE. 3-star Hotel in Civic Center South - Hayes Valley features the following amenities: Free Internet Smoke Free Rooms Fitness Center Restaurant(s) Business Center High-Speed Internet Access Accessible for the blind Accessible for the deaf Accessible path of travel In-room accessibility Wheelchair accessible Accessible bathroom Handicapped parking Roll-in shower
  5. Congrats! I'm looking to stay in the Monterey Bay around Aug. 24-26 and the only 86$ hotel I can find is a 1* on HOTWIRE...
  6. Hello, I'm looking to visit San Fran between Aug 27-31, first time! We won't have a car and hope to stay in the Union Square West/East area, Financial District or SOMA - but open to suggestions. Hoping for a room between 100-175$, for a 3* am I dreaming? The ideal is a place around this budget with a good location to the main attractions. I used your link for the HOTWIRE website and I came up with a Civic Center South - Hayes Valley area 3* hotel for 153$. I'm hoping for suggestions because I've never used PRICELINE and never been to the Bay area. Many thanks in advance!
