  2. Price on this hotel isn't much better than what I would find on Expedia or Travelocity, but still a pretty good buy for the area.

  3. I was pretty sure this was the Trump before buying but was pretty happy with the $76 rate. I tried 5* on priceline up to $80 with no win (what I expected) so went back to Hotwire to get this one.

  4. For some reason prices are always outrageous for this area. I needed a last minute hotel and after repeatedly getting shot down at all prices on Priceline, this $104 was the best I could find. Hoping it was the Courtyard . . . oh well. Strange list of amenities as well.

  5. I usually book all my hotels through Priceline, but have never done a car before. I'm an executive with National and love their service, so I stick with them. However, the rates in Denver for this week have been insane! After checking and rechecking I finally decided to go with Priceline.

    I bid $27/day for a midsize and was told they would accept $31/day or I could rebid for another type of car. I bid $29/day for a standard and it was accepted. With all the taxes it is still $50 cheaper than Hotwire and $160 cheaper than the best rate I could get with National.

    Subtotal: $145.00

    Taxes and Fees: $55.03

    Total Charges: $200.03

    Edit: just realized my dates are wrong, should be 3/1-3/6
