As a side note - for a New York visit (vacation) is this area preferred over soho?

A property with these amenities has not yet been reported to the board, but i'd guess it's the Wyndham Garden Hotel at Broadway and Fifth (aka Wyndham Garden Chelsea West) with a 'missing' Restaurant icon since previously reported to the board.
