This one is a little difficult to narrow down. It could be either the Best Western Newport Beach or Best Western Huntington Beach. There is an off chance it could be the Newport Marriott, but I think it's higher than a 3*.

The Best Western Newport beach has been reported on this board but the amenities don't match up exactly, so that would make me guess that this one is the Best Western Huntington Beach.
