Priceline Hotel: help with 4* hotel- south strip, las vegas

I am intersted in a 4 * s strip hotel-seems like planet hollywood is a regular when bidding on priceline. I wanted to know-whether the rates include breakfast[that's what priceline says on the regular hotels list] and how the hotel is in general? Woudl appreciate any input. Thanks
