:)

I started the bid (downtown only, 3 or 4*) at $45 based on past wins. I wanted 1/22/07-1/26/07. Over next several days I bid between $45 and $91 and tried splitting days. Finally got $101 accepted for 1/25, a Friday night at Brown Hotel, 4*, which currently has a web special at $199, so $101 still a good deal.

Out of irritation, I also accepted Pricline's Thursday night $134 offer (I had already tried all previous dates at $101, so figured I'd just save time and not test all the iterations between $101 and $134).

So now I need to still bid for nights of 1/22 and 1/23. Any suggestions? Should I start the next bidding at $134? Or just slightly higher than $101? Is the "extra night" offer from Priceline generally a good deal?
