MA Boston North Shore Courtyard Woburn

Courtyard Woburn (Mishawum Road)

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel many times over a 10 year period as this is very conveniently located for our annual visits to family and friends in the greater Boston area.

This is our first time as a "Priceliner"($45/night for weekend of Sept15-16)

I believe we got the Priceline experience at least as it to room assignment; request for 2 queens was ignored despite availability

Staff was incredibly variable in competence, demeanor and ability to answer basic requests regarding bill

Room was small and noise from the corridor heared throughout our stay

This was a very different experience from our previous stays at this facility and may represent the lack of available staff in experience, training and number.

For what its worth this is a Marriott owned and operated property not a franchise like The Courtyard at Unicorn Park

The variable experience is problematic when bidding for 2.5* hotels in this area but probably will not stop us from priceline bidding in the future as the price and location is great for us
