kscholz
I am trying to snag the Holland Residence Inn. Marriott website is showing lowest rate at $139.I got rejected at $55.I added Hudsonville and got rejected at $65.I added Coopersville and got rejected at $75.Any ideas would be appreciated. What should be my maximum bid? I can always fall back to the Holland Holiday Inn Express for an advanced rate of $96 per night, but I would really like the Residence Inn. Link to comment

thereuare
I think your maximum bid should be based upon how close you're willing to get to chance a hotel that you want vs. an entirely unknown property... you could end up with neither the Holiday Inn Express or the Residence Inn. Add in priceline's fee and you're probably close to that amount already... i certainly wouldn't go more than $90 since after priceline's fee you're looking at a total cost more than what you're back-up would cost you. (of course if you did bid more and received the Holiday Inn Express you could apply for Priceline's Best Price Guarantee)If you do go with the Holiday Inn Express please note as per our support page that we are affiliates and using our link helps keep this place running :) Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
