Hotwire Hotel: 4.5* Downtown Soho Financial District

Hi I wanted to get some opinions. I'm going to NYC from June 1 to June 3. Currently there is a hotel with the below details for $180 per night. I think it's the W downtown? Should I book the hotel today or should I wait closer to the travel date?
