This is a possible match for the Westin River North, Sheraton, Hyatt or Hard Rock. I'll venture a guess and say the Sheraton or Hyatt are probably more likely, although any of the four could be possibilities. All four properties are in great locations at or near the border of the Loop and NMA.

I don't think there's a bad area of the three in terms of 4*'s - Mag Mile/Streeterville, Loop and NMA-Water Tower-GC all have their share of very nice properties. There's a few properties downtown at the 4* level that I don't think are as nice (not bad, just not what I personally would call 4*), but it's that way (in that there's a "range" of properties at any particular star level) in any major city. I do find the Mag Mile/Streeterville zone and the NMA-WT-GC zone preferable in that there's more activity at night (in terms of restaurants, etc) whereas parts of the Loop can be quiet later at night.
