Priceline Hotel: 4* Lisbon Holiday Inn Lisbon

Got the Holiday Inn Lisbon for 2 nights. The hotel is alright, although the staff could be a little bit more friendly... The room is comfortable, although we were given a room on the 3rd floor so we do not have much of a view... Also, American tourists should know that you must leave their hotel key in a little sensor located at the entrance of their hotel room in order to be able turn on any light). Took us a few minutes to figure it out lol...Portugal is pretty green! :)

Hotel is less than 10 mins drive from the old Lisbon, which is filled with touristic attractions. We have not used the hotel's wireless connection although it is offered (we are using 3g through a sim card offered by TMN instead).

I only bidded once, here's the detail of the transaction:

Number of Nights: 2

Room Subtotal: $130.00 (USD)

Taxes and Fees: $20.68 (USD)

Total Room Cost: $150.68 (USD)

I asked the front desk if it was possible to renew my stay for an additional night and they said it was not possible because of full occupancy. I forgot I could probably book the same room through priceline so I went for a totally new transaction.

Got the Holiday Inn CONTINENTAL for July 7th where the same bid (65$) was accepted. I also used the PRICELINE link in the right corner of this forum to book my vacation.
