Priceline Hotel: Strategy for London hotel

I need a hotel for one night in London. I'll be coming in at night from Paris and therefore arriving at the St Pancras Int'l train station. I'm hoping to win the Novotel London St Pancras (to be near the train station and it seems to be a nice hotel), and see that most people bidding for a Bloomsbury/Marble Arch 4* seem to get this hotel. I noticed people are paying $64-$75. Any strategies you can recommend?

Thanks!

at the 4* level there are no re-bid zones, so if this is the only zone you're willing to accept, there isn't too much of a strategy which can be used. However, with time on your side there is plenty of time to bid, and i'd start with the following bids, trying every 24 hours over the next week:

$63, $65, $68, $70, $73, $75

You might be successful for a 4* hotel near the high end of the range, but my guess based upon current rates is that you may have to go a little bit higher.
