Limited my search to Galleria, Park Central and Richardson zones. Knew I had 8 re-bids available that all had properties of 3 star or less available. Have seen wins in the 33 dollar range so started my bidding there. Worked my way through the 4 star options (3 bids declined) then went to 3.5 star (3 more bids rejected). Went up 1 dollar with each bid. Used two free re-bids and got a winner at $42.00. Pleased with this property or any other that may have been a winner at 3.5 or above in the defined zones.
