puremega
My first ever Priceline disaster. I arrived at the hotel to find that they were sold out and that Priceline had booked the rooms as smoking (we are non smokers and have an asmatic child that can't stand the smell). Even though the room was clean it was still obviously a smoking room so we elected to leave and go elsewhere. Priceline referred me to the terms and conditions and would do nothing for me. I know this is not a forum for complaints or reviews but it is worth reminding people that while hotels almost always help their guests, Priceline bookings are at the bottom of the barrell. AaronJB
Very sorry to hear that this stay went badly and that you couldn't use the reservation. I would try again with PRICELINE and write to them about what occurred (and that you couldn't use the reservation as a result) and see what they say.Thank you for sharing your win with the board and using the site's PRICELINE link.
