Good news. Got a full refund for my friend when he checked in and asked about the business center and the clerk said they didn't have one.

Since "business center" was listed on Hotwire I called customer service. They gladly refunded in full after calling the hotel and confirming no business center.

Went back on hotwire and re-booked them at the 4* Quorum Hotel for $14 more.

add another hotel to the list!!!!!

Could you please check your history (thru the MY ACCOUNT link on HOTWIRE's homepage) to see if/when they remove the Business icon from the HoJo.
