kwack06 Posted March 13, 2010 Report Share Posted March 13, 2010 I wanted a room either in Dupont Circle, White House-Downtown, or Georgetown for the Easter long weekend (April 1-4, 2010).I used the PRICELINE link on this site and started with: White House-Downtown, 4*, started at $85, no match.Added DC Suburbs, $89, no match.Added Mount Vernon, $91, no match.Closed the window.Dupont Circle, 4*, $85, nothing.Priceline asked me to increase bid for $22.I added DC Suburbs, 4*, $88 - success!(Apologies, I intended to go through the site again when I did the second round of bidding but went in through the wrong browser window instead. :) ) Link to comment
