RealityBytes
Always used PRICELINE, but bid up to $58 and still no good for a 3.5*. So I decided to check out Hotwire. Initially they asked $58 for a 3.5*, but decided to wait a bit since I am not rushed. I signed up to watch for price changes, and today it dropped to $52, so I jumped on it.Using the site's HOTWIRE link, I ended with the Doubletree Hotel. I was hoping for Radisson, as they offered free parking, but it's a gamble when you pick Airport or Downtown. Still, with the $16 / night premium on self-parking, I am happy with the price. Now I just need to find a deal in Vancouver, BC. :) Here is the breakdown:Hotel rate per night - Hotwire hot Rate: $52.00Nights: 1Rooms: 1Subtotal: $52.00Tax recovery charges and fees: $13.92Total price: $65.92 Link to comment
