Be careful with your biddings, f.ex. in cologne. I got now 2 times the Park Plaza, a 4 star hotel, which is about 8km from city center, and in a very bad and loud area... try to get another hotel by www.hrs.de or so... Try the Sofitel directly in the oldtown, nice 5*hotel, I never got by priceline, but alsways with hrs for about 100 EURO. in Frankfurt you should get the nice LeMeridien about 75-90 $, in Hamburg the Royal Meridien for about 75 $ and the old but nice Vier Jahreszeiten by Raffles about 90-110 $Questions ?
