NJ DEWD Posted February 22, 2010 Author Report Share Posted February 22, 2010 Yes Thereuare - it is in Central South Beach zone (specifically if you want to pin it at 10th & Washington Ave at SW corner). As for the star rating, I am going to demure as it probably was a 1 star as the Hotel BelAire (which I could believe) but this hotel has been completely renovated to become a Hotel Indigo. I would think it would move to a 3 star once it is accepted (awaiting final stamp by Hotel Indigo) and verified by travelers on here. I will check back after my trip in March and let you know.
