AaronJB
The 4 Downtown/Soho is likely the Embassy Suites. If that is the ES, it would be a good value in terms of what it offers, but the location is definitely a trek from Midtown sights. The 3.5* ESB has not yet been ID'd, but may be the Roger Williams Hotel with a new bed option icon.I'm seeing the 4* ESB for $119. However, I'd rather suggest the Affinia Manhattan on sale via Expedia.com for $119, plus coupon code 10WINTER takes $10 off per night = $109 non-refundable. The Affinia 50 is also $135 and change non-refundable via Expedia, and coupon code 10WINTER takes $10 off. Either of these Affinias would be my suggestion instead of the 4* ESB on HOTWIRE.Please use the site's Expedia.com, HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches. Link to comment
AaronJB
The Affinia Manhattan gets reasonably good reviews - although a few recent reviews have been mixed and you would get a studio suite. The Affinia 50 gets outstanding reviews and you would get a regular room. Both hotels are well-located, although the Affinia 50 is in a particularly great location. The Hudson is another option I'm seeing in this range, but that is very much a love it or hate it property. Link to comment

AaronJB
Additionally, if you take the Affinia Manhattan, the studio suites have kitchenettes, and there is a Whole Foods (http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/stores/chelsea/) location about 0.3M south if you want to bring some food back to the room. AaronJB
VERY happy to help! That's an outstanding rate for that well-located property, especially considering its from a regular rate service! Glad you were able to take advantage of the deal and thank you so much for using the site's Expedia.com link. :)Enjoy your stay! Link to comment
