Here they are:

1. 4* Empire State Building area - Restaurant, Business Center, High speed internet = $169

2. 4 * Central Park Area- Boutique, Fitness, Restaurant, High speed internet = $183

3. 4* Midtown Central - Bed choice, Fitness, Restaurant, Business, High Speed internet = $189

4. 3.5 * Central Park - Boutique, Restaurant, high speed internet = $189

1. Carlton on Madison Avenue

2. Empire Hotel

3. Flatotel, Sofitel, Helmsley Park Lane, Royalton, Warwick and Sheraton New York have all been reported with this amenity combination, so any of these woudl be my best guess

A family emergency occurred since I made the requested hotel IDs, and I wasn't able to book until now, and it looks like the offers have lapsed. I need some help IDing a few more hotels over the same period (March 18-21). There are:
