Sorry to hear bidding for this zone hasn't gone as hoped - maybe a lack of inventory (the Intercontinental is showing as sold out on Orbitz) in this zone for this particular date.

However, in terms of bidding for other zones, I'd certainly start low again, as HOTWIRE is showing two 4*'s in the Boston zone for about $110-115 each.
