Priceline Hotel: 3.5* St Louis (Westport) Sheraton Plaza

I began by bidding $37 for a 3.5* in the Westport area, didn't win the bid. Priceline notified me that if I would increase my bid by $10, it would allow me to win the bid. I declined.

Then I increased my bids in $2 increments, each time adding a different area that didn't have a 3.5* property. When I got to $43, I won the bid for the Sheraton Westport Plaza. Including taxes and fees of $14.07, my total came to $57.07.
