Priceline Hotel: 3* NYC (Chelsea) Four Points

This site was recommended to me from a friend of mine who has had positive results with betterbidding. I am in need of a hotel for this new years eve 2009 leaving new years day 2010. I would like to stay somewhere in the midtown manhattan area. I need a GOOD hotel. I stayed in a hotel on new years eve a few years ago and it was the nastiest place I have ever stayed in my entire life. I need a 3 star preferably 3 1/2 star hotel. Can someone help?

Ideally I am looking to spend $200. I would prefer to stay in the midtown area but am willing to have a better range.

Is that $200 "all-in" (including taxes/fees) or $200 as the bid price alone? Additionally, which Midtown zones in particular are you interested in?

At the moment i think you're going to have a tough time finding a 3* or higher hotel in Manhattan for $200 (bid price or all-in price). We can suggest a strategy for you to try whatever limit you'd like, but a maximum bid price in the mid/high-$300's is probably more realistic.

I got the Best Western Convention Center for 260$ + taxes (DEC 31 to JAN 1) and the Holiday Inn Express Times Square for 100$ plus taxes (JAN 1 to JAN 2). All on PRICELINE.

You should try MSG area, around those prices.
