First bid was for area 9, the RSW Airport area for $38.00 - which was rejected.

I added area 3, Fort Myers and raised the bid to $40.00 and it was accepted for Hotel Indigo in the River District.

Absolutely beautiful, clean, safe, and friendly hotel. Great location and a steal for $40 a night. Expensive cab ride from the airport ($36.50) but the public bus is cheap at $3 each way.
