I waited until the last day to see if I can get a better deal (I booked it at 9:00am on 11/20). But it doesn't seem to help that much. Maybe I should have waited a bit more (I will try next time).

Excellent deal for this property. Waiting until the last minute can work in one's favor at times, but if there's something going on in the area, waiting until the last minute can be a seriously problematic strategy.
