Had to rebid five times by adding areas without 3.5* properties.

Started at $38 then $40, $42, $45 then $48 was accepted.

Suite with free parking and nice breakfast etc, etc for $48 is a nice deal.

Taxes and Fees: $62.56

Total Room Cost: $446.564

$254 less than their cheapest advertised price.
