Rates differ depending on US or Asia PL?

I was browsing around and came upon this msg board which is basically Asia PL bidding. And the rates there seem a lot cheaper, for ex, someone got a room at Le Meridien, Singapore for $13 on the 11th of Nov. How can we get access to those rates?

I think you're currency conversion is off. (you can PM me the information if you'd like)

They do pull off of the same inventory, although sometimes the zones/regions offered can be different. As well, if you're in the US, you're subject to additional charges from your credit card company and/or currency conversion.
