BTW, does anyone have an idea why I don't get email notifications when someone replies to? I've already set email notifications in all places I've found in this site (within the thread, on my user settings) and still don't get any emails and I already checked on my spam folder.

Using the MY CONTROLS link near the top of the page, go to SUBSCRIPTIONS on the left side of the page and select "View Topics" and change your selection from 'delayed' to 'immediate'.

The HOTWIRE property is a match for the Presidente Inter-Continental Cozumel so that would be my best guess.

At the end of the day we made regular reservations on the Iberostar Cozumel. The reviews for the Presidente were not that good for coming with a toddler.
