pmc22
Started bidding for a 3* at $43. Was given a counter offer of raising my bid by $12. I declined and added free re-bid zone and bid $45. Price declined. Logged out and bid $47 using different free re-bid zone. Price accepted. I thought for sure I had won the Courtyard. Was totally shocked to find I had won a new hotel. The only downside is that these are king studio rooms and I was hoping to get rooms with two beds. Luckily the rooms are new so the pull-outs should be in decent shape. Plus I've got two rooms so maybe I can talk them into changing at least one of them. Either way free food and free internet works for me!!!!I used the PRICELINE link to begin my bidding.Residence Inn By Marriott Norfolk Downtown Downtown Norfolk227 West Brambleton Avenue Norfolk, Virginia 23510 757-842-6216Your Offer Price Per Room, Per Night: $47.00Subtotal: $94.00Taxes & Fees: $22.14Total Charges*: $116.14 Link to comment
