Actually, I had to wait the 24 hour period to re-bid. I began bidding $75 the day before. I added the Hilo zone & increased the bid by $5. The bid was declined. The next day I bid $85 and it was accepted.Edit. The city is Kamuela. The zone is Waikoloa - Kohala Coast Link to comment
