Boutique, Near beach, Restaurant, Comp. Breakfast, Fitness Center, Tennis

Any help in identifying this hotel would be appreciated.

This property has not yet been identified, and given the large number of small, independently owned (which i'm assuming this is) properties in the South Beach area, it will be difficult to take a legitimate educated guess on this.

If this is 'about' your price range i would consider taking a shot at a 4* hotel via Priceline. Far from a sure thing that you would find success, but given i'm not such a fan of independent properties, and that many feel that Hotiwire's 3* hotels are often over-rated, i would sooner try first for a 4* via Priceline... i think the chances of you being happier with the opaque result are better.
