BenK851
windsor 3.5* 70.00/nightHi, curious as to what place this could be. Amenities are: Restaurant, Pool, Fitness Area, Golf Nearby, Tennis Nearby, and Business Center. I am guessing it might be Windsor, Hilton. I am just staying one night 11/26/04-11/27/04. Let me know what you guys think! Link to comment
thereuare
Certainly matches the Windsor Hilton and no other 'known' matches so that would be my best guess. BenK851
Horrible :) I got the Holiday Inn Select Windsor Ambassador Bridge. I am furious, this is 10 min drive from the bars, and 15 minute drive from Casino. I wanted this room specifically to walk from the bars back to my hotel room.!!!70.95 for 1 night Link to comment
thereuare
I think your gripe is unwarranted and unjustified.Your problem with this property seems to be it's location... and for that you slam it.Yet you agreed to a hotel anywhere within the shaded region, you got it for more than half off the hotel website's current rate ($121/nite), and the reviews seem quite good. mlgood
I've stayed there. It's a nice place. There's a great restaurant called the Marketplace which is part of the Tunnel Bar BQ group of restaurants. If you're familiar with Windsor at all you'll know that name. Take a taxi back to your hotel. Won't cost that much. The hotel is definitely within the shaded area. That's the chance you take. Link to comment
BenK851
Yeah, I know, im allowed to gripe though right? It was a decent stay, nothing spectacular. It was a decent hotel. Link to comment
thereuare
From the hotel lists: NO WHINING allowed!!:) :)If there is a problem where Priceline or Hotwire screwed up, didn't hold up their end of the bargain, or actual complaints about dissapointing stays/experiences, that is allowed... but you basically got what you bargained for in this instance.
