Looking to book a hotel for a conference at Moscone Center. Which zone should I bid on?

WHich zone should I bid on through Hotwire if I want a hotel near the Moscone Center in San Francisco?

If you click on the details of the Priceline map for the (Union Square East - Embarcadero) zone, doesn't that say 'Moscone Center' at the bottom of the zone?

If this is the zone you'd like to bid and would like a bidding strategy, please let us know the star level and maximum bid you are seeking.

I did the google search for the address of Moscone Center, used that address in mapquest, and then compared it to the maps. Doing the same for Hotwire appears that their zone is in USE, but you should confirm yourself.

The closest Priceline hotel to the Moscone Center is the SF Marriott, which lies in the USE zone.

However, the Renaissance Parc 55 is the next closest hotel, which is in USW. The Grand Hyatt and Hyatt Regency Embarcadero (in the USE zone) are further from Moscone than Renaissance Parc 55.

So it's impossible to suggest one zone over the other when trying to target Moscone.

If closeness to Moscone is ultra important to you, I'd suggest Hotwire. The Marriott doesn't participate, however the Palomar is a 4.5 star in the USE zone and is just one block from the Marriott. The Westin St Francis , Grand Hyatt & Argent are all identical 4* on Hotwire, with the Argent being the closest to Moscone.
