These REVIEWS seem to indicate that there is a wide disparity between the quality of different rooms at the hotel.Did you try bidding 3* at all? Although prices have been firming in the area, i don't think a 3* would have been much more.Enjoy your stay and thank you for sharing your win with the rest of us. I know, the nerve, but I had time and thought I might get lucky. :) Then I got realistic with 2 1/2 * at $30. Even with a re-bid - No luck.I bid today and got a hotel. I've passed this hotel a hundred times before. It's probably a solid 5 minute ride from LAX; as opposed to the Sheraton 4 Points, or Westin.Of course I'll post a report. :) Link to comment
