diegoc
Looking for Sheraton Waikiki for 8/21-8/26. Going to bid $100.00 as this seems to be the prevailing rate won. Although I wouldn't mind the Marriott, I prefer the Sheraton because it is on the beach side of the street. Is there any way to stack the odds of getting the Sheraton? Also, is there going to be a "resort fee" added to the final price if I get the Sheraton or the Marriott? Thanks in advance. Link to comment
thereuare
Welcome to BetterBidding! You can't target a specific property when using PRICELINE... you have to be willing to accept any hotel at the minimum star rating you select or higher. If you're trying to target, or avoid, a specific property then HOTWIRE may be a better option as you can often take an educated guess as to what you may receive based upon the amenities associated with the property being offered. Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases.Let us know how you'd like to proceed and we'll advise accordingly. diegoc
Well 7 months later....... Changed gears and ended up going to Maui instead. Got a condo for $85 per night from a private party. The information available on this site helped me greatly in my decision making on this vacation even though I didn't use either Priceline or Hotwire. I like to lurk on these boards to see the trends for planning future vacation destinations. Thanks, D.C. Link to comment
