Priceline Hotel: Advice sought - Big Island Marriott vs Hapuna

I am looking for a hotel on Big Island at the beginning of September. Is there any strategy that is more likely to lead to Marriott vs Hapuna? They seem to be in the same class and zone. Also, any recent experiences - which one is better for someone with kids?

There are 4 resorts in this zone what we know and have reported to the board. And you need to be willing to stay in any of the resorts in this zone if you use PRICELINE. You can't target a specific hotel with PRICELINE.

If you're trying to target a specific property then HOTWIRE can often be a better option if you're successfully able to identify it based upon the star rating and amenities shown before your purchase... the trade-off is that HOTWIRE usually costs a little more than PRICELINE, so you need to decide what is most important to you for a given stay, the lowest possible price OR the ability to take an educated guess as to the property you may receive.
