What is the best rate you're able to get thru conventional booking channels? What would be your maximum bid?

Did you want to try for a 3* up to your maximum first or are you looking for the least expensive 2.5* or better?

I think this is going to be a tough win, but with time on your side i'd try every 24 hours:

$50, $60, $65, $70, $75.

This will take you 4-5 days to accomplish, still leaving time to re-group and find something suitable which can work for your needs.

Good luck and let us know how it goes.

No hotels in this area have been reported to the board.

You can take a look at MAPS and HOTELS.com to see the hotels that PRICELINE deals with in the retail version of their website, but note that the two arms of their service use a different univere of hotels, but without any reported hotels in the area that would be a good start as to what is possible.

After several unsuccessful bidding in Jasper we came to 85 dlls and nothing...

We decide to try the same dates in Banff and got this hotel:

The Juniper hotel in Banff a 3 star hotel for $75 dlls per night.

Dates September 8 to 10...

The views from the hotel looks amazing I hope we have a pleasant stay...

Thanks again for your help I used your PRICELINE link every time I bid.

TY.
