Hotwire Hotel: 4* Toronto (Downtown West) Sheraton

I'm also searching downtown Toronto (WEST) 4* for Oct 16-18, and I got:

4* / $105 / non-smoking rooms, fitness centre, pool, restaurant, business centre and high speed internet (in that order)

Also shows 600+ reviews and 4* rating from TripAdvisor - so I assume this would be a match for the Sheraton? What are the chances it could be something else? I need a room pretty much in that exact area, so the Shearton or Hilton are ideal, Hyatt would be OK, but not any others... I realize Hotwire is always a bit of a gamble, but the Sheraton seems like a really likely match in this case :)

It could always be something other than what we think, but the above is a match for the Sheraton and the Tripadvisor is consistent with this property too, so that would be our best guess as well.
