First bid $55 was not accepted, got a counter-offer to increase by $15 which I declined. Added free re-bid zone Kreuzberg and a $2 increment, $57 was accepted at the Maritim Hotel Berlin. First bid was for 11/20-11/23 which I extended by one day for the same room rate, rack rate for these dates is 115 EUR/night.
