Slice
I must say that after years of using PRICELINE, this is the first time I felt I got a bad deal. The avg price shown by Priceline was around $200 so I bid $85.I won the bid and including tax and service it came to around $108.I then went to the hotel web site and got a rate of 74EUR which is around $104 including breakfast and taxes. The hotel got pretty good reviews on traveladvisor but I am still a little... what should I say..... I am sure the hotel is nice, but it's just not the usual experience I have had on PRICELINE.Just watch out for Stuttgart - I guess. Link to comment
thereuare
Thank you for sharing your results with the board. You shouldn't use PRICELINE's median price as a guage for bidding as their number is often incorrect and not indicative of true rates for your dates. Please read your messages and use the requested PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your future travel purchases. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
