Decided to go for Valley 2* hotels because many offer free breakfast (days inn, la quinta) and got Candlewood suites Salt Lake - Ft Union. 2 nights ended up being 98.41 total with taxes and fees. Might have done better if I had booked more than just one day ahead of time. Link to comment
