harrism Posted October 16, 2004 Report Share Posted October 16, 2004 We just got word that we can adopt a baby next week. We were supposed to go to Europe this weekend and had to cancel our trip. I know there is probably very little chance of getting a refund from Priceline as I didn't buy Priceline's trip cancellation insurance. Is there any point in trying? I booked one hotel in Rome from Oct. 18-20, and one in Milan on Nov. 6 (see other posts with rates). I know that loosing the money is not a big deal in comparision to what we will bet getting, but it would be nice to get our money back if possible.Thanks in advance for your advice. Link to comment

They will probably ask you to call in to speak to a travel services rep ... who deal with more difficult situations.It seems from my dealings with them that they do have a heart on occassion and I wish you the best.
