No third person surcharge as you find if you book through the Intercontinental website. We booked on June 2 for this June 6 accommodation, so they have last minute availability for time to time.Amenities listed were Fitness Center, Restaurant(s), Business Center and High-speed Internet Access.I am sorry this post is after the date of stay. I hope this post will be of use to future travellers. The location of the hotel was great, make sure you check in with the concierge as the Intercontinental has VIP access to some popular restaurants around town, including the queue mecca deep dish pizza places on Superior.
