This is the beginning of our trip and we will still be going to the La Jolla area but decided to book directly with the La Jolla hotel due to a special they were having that included breakfast, resort fee, and internet.

Can you please add a follow-up to your La Jolla Hotel thread so future users know that you ended up booking a hotel direct rather than be left wondering if you cancelled the trip, were successful but didn't post, gave up trying, etc.
