This was my first time bidding on Priceline and it will be my first visit to Baltimore. I used the BB PRICELINE link.

I bid $60 for 3*, Baltimore Inner Harbor-Downtown. Was able to rebid with a minimum increase of $17, so I tried $77 and it was accepted.

Hotel is the Hyatt Regency; looks beautiful, great price, and a great location for what we'll be doing.

Subtotal: $231.00

Taxes and Service Fees: $41.72

Total Charges*: $272.72

(I'm still working on the NYC part of the trip.)

I recommend ignoring the counter offer message (I'm assuming that is what you saw) as you can usually undercut the counter offers.

can you please comfirm the star rating for this hotel. Your topic said 3.5* and you say that you bid at 3* level. You can check this under your profile/upcoming trips at PRICELINE or just look at the comfirmation if you have printed this.

I believe this property is currently rated 4* by PRICELINE so i've edited the topic title accordingly, but hopefully the OP will come back and confirm so we'll know for certain we have it correct.
