jam99 Posted March 31, 2009 Report Share Posted March 31, 2009 I attempted to book a room through Priceline @ the 2* Fairfield Inn Duluth as done by a previous poster.I entered 2*, Zone 1, Duluth,MN for 2 rooms for 2 nights each. I was denied and it offered to allow me to bid again immediately if I increased my bid by at least $12 which I did. They accepted my offer but they upgraded me to the 3* Radisson Harbouview. I wanted to stay at the Fairfield as I think it's a nice hotel that is across the street from Duluth's major shopping mall but the Radisson is a decent hotel as well and for $52 compared to the $148 they want through their website I can't complain.
