buzzhd
first try got accepted $50.00. Man, I should have lowered the price a bit. What am I doing wrong? This afternoon bid was a disaster. Got 80 bucks for 2.5* or 3* (clamed by Hotels.com) for holiday inn in Revere-Logan Airport BOS. If this is a better deal, then I feel much better now :) Link to comment
thereuare
4* at $50 vs. 2.5* at $90 = much better deal indeed!Although the 2.5* at $90 may have been what the market demanded for those nites, you're definately getting some excellent value with this current win. buzzhd
those taxes & service fee are too high. Do I have to again pay taxes and service fee to the individual hotels? What % is priceline.com charging for it? Link to comment
thereuare
They charge a booking fee (usually about $6/nite) and also collect the sales and hotel tax (which can often be 12%-17% depending upon the city).
