suburbancurse
A bunch of friends and I are going for the weekend of 5/29-31 and tried to trip Wynn or Venetian by bidding $125 (as opposed to the $70-80 range). We ended up getting Trump anyway. This may have been due to the fact that we booked 5 rooms at the same time. Can someone describe the rooms at the Trump? Link to comment
thereuare
Welcome to BetterBidding!Thank you for sharing your results with the board... sorry to hear you didn't receive the property you were hoping for. The strategy you took is not recommended, as per this thread: Don't Bid Higher For a Specific Hotel. The rooms at the Trump are nice, but the main issues that others have with this property is that they dont' have a casino, it's not located directly on the strip, and they charge a resort fee (i think $14, iirc).Feel free to ask for help before bidding for your next hotel stay. Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases.Enjoy your stay.
